Tara is the "mother of liberation", "the divine mother of all Buddhas".
It is the one that crosses the ocean of existence.
It is said that she was born from the tears of Avalokiteshvara.
Relieves those who invoke her during adversity.

One amongst her 21 manifestations is the White Tara. She expresses maternal compassion and offers to heal to those who hurt or are in pain, physically or psychologically. She is invoked in order to develop the feminine side that takes care of the person in order to stabilize his or her health as well as to heal and obtain longevity for oneself or others.

Om: Symbolizes the body, word and mind
Tare: Samsara liberation (lower realms).
Tuttare: Liberation of the eight external and internal fears
Ture: Liberation of physical, mental and spiritual diseases.
Mama: "mine/or" and indicates the desire to possess the qualities of long life,merit, wisdom, happiness.
Ayuh: Long life
Punya: Merit for leading an ethical life that helps us live happy for many years.
Jnana: Wisdom
Pushtim: Well-being or abundance
Kuru: Mythical land north of the Himalayas, place of longevity and happiness.
Svaha: Blessings that transcend present, past and future.

Tara es la "madre de la liberación", "la madre divina" de todos los Budas.
Es aquella que hace atravesar el océano de la existencia.
Se cuenta que nació de las lágrimas de Avalokiteshvara.
Acude al socorro de todos aquellos que la invocan en la adversidad.

Una de sus 21 manifestaciones es la Tara Blanca. Ella expresa la compasión maternal y ofrece sanación a los seres que están heridos o dañados física o psicológicamente.
Es invocada para desarrollar el aspecto femenino que cuida al ser para que su salud sea estable y para obtener curación y longevidad para uno o para otros.

Om: Simboliza el cuerpo, palabra y mente
Tare: Liberación del Samsara (reinos inferiores).
Tuttare: Liberación de los ocho temores externos e internos
Ture: Liberación de las enfermedades físicas, mentales y espirituales.
Mama: "mía/o" e indica el anhelo de poseer las cualidades de larga vida, mérito, sabiduría, felicidad.
Ayuh: Larga vida
Punya: Mérito por llevar una vida ética que nos ayuda a vivir felices muchos años.
Jnana: Sabiduría
Pushtim: Bienestar o abundancia
Kuru: Tierra mítica al norte de los Himalayas, sitio de longevidad y felicidad.
Svaha: Las bendiciones que trascienden el presente, el pasado y el futuro.
